Free shipping is not a promotion. It is not a threshold you have to hit. Every domestic Pepperwool order ships free, always — via USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking, at no charge to you. International orders ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout.
Handling Time
Ships in 1–2

Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific ship the same business day when possible. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order leaves.

USPS Ground Advantage delivers in 3–5 business days for most domestic destinations. Combined with our 1–2 day handling time, plan on 4–7 business days from order to pocket. Most orders arrive faster.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS Ground Advantage at no charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are included — same free shipping, same service, same commitment.
USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 in insurance by default. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it. No forms, no arguments.
PO Boxes are accepted. USPS Ground Advantage delivers there.
International Shipping

We've got you.
We ship to many countries directly through the site at a flat-rate shipping fee, shown at checkout — no weight-based surprises, no last-minute math. If your country is supported, you can order without contacting us first.
Don't see your country at checkout? Reach out through our contact form and we'll let you know if we can ship to you, the carrier, and the cost — before you pay anything.
Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We'll tell you what to expect.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship
on release day.
When a knife is offered as a pre-order, your card is charged at the time of order. Your knife ships on release day via the same free USPS Ground Advantage service.
If the release date shifts, we'll let you know immediately — not after the fact. You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund, no questions asked, any time before it ships.
Pre-orders and in-stock items in the same cart ship separately. No charge for either.
Tracking & Issues
Something wrong?
We fix it.
Every shipment comes with a tracking number sent to your email. If USPS shows delivery but you haven't received your order, reach out through our contact form within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open a trace and ship a replacement.
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the knife and send it through our contact form. We'll sort it out. We're a small operation and we stand behind every order we send.

Every Pepperwool knife comes with a 30-day no-questions return window. Carry it. Use it. If it's not the right fit, send it back and we'll refund you in full. The knife should earn its place — not just survive the unboxing.
