Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pepperwool purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The knife must be unused and in its original condition.
• The knife must be in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted from the original purchaser only.
• Items that have been abused, damaged through misuse, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Reach out through our contact form with your order number to start the return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions, usually within one business day.
• Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) with the return.
• Wrap the knife properly to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging materials.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method — typically within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
